THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BARKING AND DAGENHAM (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (JOHN SMITH HOUSE CAR PARK) AMENDMENT NO. * ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham in exercise of its powers under sections 6, 32, 33, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended (hereinafter called “the Act”) and all other enabling legislation and powers and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Act propose to make the above Orders, the effect of which will be to amend the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2017, ”the Off-Street Order” and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (Charged-For Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2016, ”the Charged-For Order” as follows:
1. Replace the existing Doctor Permit Holders Only D3 bay with a Resident Permit Holders Only Zone D Mon-Sat 8.30am-9pm bay on Somerby Road, north-west side, from a point 13.5 metres north-east of its junction with Salisbury Avenue for a distance of 5.6 metres in a north-easterly direction, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Charged-For Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
2. Replace the existing Doctor Permit Holders Only D7 bay with a Resident Permit Holders Only Zone D Mon-Sat 8.30am-9pm bay on Somerby Road, north-west side, from a point 19.1 metres north-east of its junction with Salisbury Avenue for a distance of 4.8 metres in a north-easterly direction, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Charged-For Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
3. Replace the existing Doctor Permit Holders Only D1 bay with a Resident Permit Holders Only Zone D Mon-Sat 8.30am-9pm bay on Salisbury Avenue, south-west side, opposite No. 13 Salisbury Avenue, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Charged-For Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
4. Replace the existing Doctor Permit Holders Only bay with a Resident Permit Holders Only Zone K Mon-Sat 8.30am-midnight bay on Victoria Road, Barking, south-east side, outside No. 60 Victoria Road, Barking, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Charged-For Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
5. Replace the existing Doctor Permit Holders Only bay with a Resident Permit Holders Only Zone G Mon-Sat 8.30am-5.30pm bay on Loxford Road, east side, adjacent to No. 74a Victoria Road, Barking, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Charged-For Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
6. Replace the existing Doctor Permit Holders Only bay with a Resident Permit Holders Only Zone BEC Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm bay on Hatfield Road, north-east side, outside No. 104 and 106 Hatfield Road, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Charged-For Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
7. Replace the existing Doctor Permit Holders Only bay with a Resident Permit Holders Only Zone UP Mon-Fri 1.30pm-2.30pm bay on Stratton Drive, north-east side, adjacent to No. 37 Cavendish Gardens, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Charged-For Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
8. Replace the existing Doctors Permit Holders Only bays in John Smith House Car Park on Bevan Avenue with shared use Off-Street Payment Parking (TC2) Mon-Fri 8.30am-8pm Max stay 4hrs No return within 2hrs and Permit Holders Only Zone UP Mon-Fri 8.30am-8pm bays, which will be operated and charged for under the provisions of the Off-Street Order, the current charges applicable being those set out in these Orders.
