Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 17 December 2021:

SG Leasing (Assets) Limited (a company incorporated in and governed by the laws of England & Wales and having its registered offices at One Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 4SG) acquired all of SG Leasing (March) Limited’s partnership interests in the Partnership.

SG Leasing (March) Limited has accordingly ceased to be a partner of the Partnership.

The partners are now (i) SG Leasing (Assets) Limited and SG Leasing IX as general partners and (ii) SG Leasing (June) Limited as limited partner.
