NOTICE TO WIND-UP THE TRUST

CITIBANK – NON-RESIDENT INDIAN EMPLOYEES TRUST

Notice is hereby given to all remaining members of the above mentioned Trust that all persons having any claim or demands upon or against the assets of the Trust, which includes persons formerly employed by Citibank India and on assignment as expatriates in other Citibank locations, having an entitlement to a Gratuity or Provident Fund benefit from, or interest in, the Trust, which is to be wound up by its Trustee, are hereby required to send written particulars of their claim or entitlement (including their full name, present address, date of birth, details of which location(s) they worked in whilst a member of the Trust and any other written evidence to support their claim) to Mr Abhinav Agrawal, Citibank NA, First International Financial Centre, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra(East) Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400051 India before 4 March 2022.

Notice is hereby also given that on 4 March 2022, the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Trust, and any and all unclaimed benefits will be transferred out of the Trust and secured in an external pension vehicle, known as ‘The NRI Deferred Employees Trust’ with Boal & Co Pensions (Jersey) Limited. Any claims submitted after 3 March 2022 should be directed to Boal & Co Pensions (Jersey) Limited, Marquis House, Isle of Man Business Park, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 2QZ. Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustee/Willis Towers Watson/Citibank should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
