This notice is given by Gareth James Lewis of Lewis Business Recovery and Insolvency, Suite E10, Joseph’s Well, Hanover Walk, Westgate, Leeds, LS3 1AB (“the Administrator”) of the Company, and is to inform creditors that he intends to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Gareth James Lewis, of Lewis Business Recovery and Insolvency, Suite E10, Joseph’s Well, Hanover Walk, Westgate, Leeds, LS3 1AB, by 21 January 2022. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Administrator’s intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving. Creditors are also informed that the value of the prescribed part is estimated to be £9,600.

Debts of £1,000 or less will be treated as admitted unless the creditor advises, by the last day for proving, that the debt is incorrect or that no debt is owed.
