SYDNEY PACKETT & SONS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the trustee of the Sydney Packett & Sons Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the "Trustee" and the "Scheme"), gives notice that it intends to wind up the Scheme.

The Trustee requests that any person who has (or believes he or she may have) a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or other benefit from, or an interest in the Scheme sends written particulars of his or her claim or entitlement to the Trustee within two months of the date of publication of this notice (together with their full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and the full name of the Scheme).

After the expiry of two months from the date of publication of this notice, the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Scheme and distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them. The Trustee will have regard only to claims and entitlements of which it has notice. The Trustee shall not, with regard to the Scheme or the Scheme assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim it did not receive notice.

Any individual who has already been contacted by or on behalf of the Trustee about the winding up of the Scheme need not respond to this notice, as the Trustee already has details of his/her claims and entitlements.

The Trustee will remain responsible for administration of the Scheme until this process is complete and you are welcome to liaise with the Trustee (using the contact details above) should you have any queries in relation to this notice.
