1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council on 30th November 2021 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be in Bond Street on the west side outside Nos.14/16 and 18/20 to provide a Pay and Display parking place for 3 vehicles and a free loading place.

The pay and display parking place will operate between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays and between 10.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. on Sundays. Parking will be limited to 1 hour with no return for 1 hour and the charge for parking will be £3 per hour.

The loading place will operate between 7am and 7pm on Mondays to Sundays and be limited to maximum period of 20 minutes with no return for 1 hour.

3. The Orders, which will come into operation on 2nd December 2021, other documents including a plan giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, are available by either e-mailing trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 11th January 2022.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 11th January 2022.
