Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that effective on 30th September 2021, Zvi Shtauber transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership, being a capital contribution of €10 and a loan commitment of €99,990, to Finsbury Trust Company as Trustee of the Town Range Trust.
