THE CAMDEN (REVOCATION OF PARKING PLACES) (NO. 9) TRAFFIC ORDER 2021

THE CAMDEN (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 128) TRAFFIC ORDER 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden proposes to make the above Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general nature and effect of the order will be to revoke sections of parking places in order to install bicycle hangars at the following locations:

EYRE STREET HILL - removal of a 5m section of the residents parking place opposite no. 33 Eyre Street Hil

l MAITLAND PARK ROAD - removal of a 2.6m section of the residents parking place outside nos. 198 to 205 Maitland Park Road

MARSDEN STREET - removal of a 5.2m section of the residents parking place opposite nos. 1 to 64 Burmarsh, Marsden Street

MURRAY STREET - removal of a 5.2m section of the residents parking place opposite no. 63 Murray Street

NORTH VILLAS - removal of a 2.6m section of the residents parking place opposite no. 6 North Villas

PARKHILL ROAD - removal of a 2.6m section of the residents parking place opposite no. 44 Parkhill Road

REGENT’S PARK ROAD - remove 3.8m of the residents parking place opposite no. 64 Regent’s Park Road and replace with 3.8m of double yellow lines

WARNER STREET – remove a 5.2m of paid for parking place opposite no. 9 Baker’s Row and replace with 5.2m of residents parking place

Copies of the proposed orders and other documents relating to the orders may be inspected at camden.gov.uk/recently-advertised-proposals or by contacting traffic.orders@camden.gov.uk - any person wishing to object or make representations in respect of the proposed order should send comments in writing, giving reasons for any objection to transportconsultations@camden.gov.uk or by post to FREEPOST LBC TRANSPORT STRATEGY, to be received by the end of 16 December 2021.
