At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held virtually on 16 November 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA, (IP No. 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 16 November 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QA as Liquidator of the Company.”
