Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 1 November 2021:

Allstate Life Insurance Company of New York transferred the whole of its interest in Trilantic Capital Partners V (Europe) L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP015989 (the “Partnership”), to Wilton Reassurance Life Company of New York.

As a consequence of such transfer, Wilton Reassurance Life Company of New York was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Allstate Life Insurance Company of New York ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
