Notice is hereby given that I Miles Needham, the Joint Liquidator of the above named Company, appointed on 28 December 2016, intend to declare and distribute a third and final dividend within the period of two months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

A distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
