Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Administrator of the above-named Company (the 'convener') is seeking a decision from creditors on matters related to, inter alia, the conduct and end of the Administration, a possible distribution, and the Administrator’s fees, as more particularly detailed in the proposals sent to creditors, by way of correspondence.
