Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 08 October 2021, The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company for its Group Annuity Separate Account and NM Regal, LLC transferred 100 % of the interests held by them in Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 5 LP (the "Partnership") a limited partnership registered in England with number LP 17128, to ASF Robin L.P. (the "New Limited Partner") and that with effect from 08 October 2021, the New Limited Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner, and The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company for its Group Annuity Separate Account and NM Regal, LLC ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
