The Queen has been pleased by Royal Warrant under Her Royal Sign Manual dated 14th October 2021 to appoint Richard Lloyd, O.B.E., as a member and chair of the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority for a period of five years commencing on and from the 1st day of September 2021 until and concluding on the 31st day of August 2026.
