Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2021, University at Buffalo Foundation, Inc. (the "Transferor") transferred its interest as a limited partner in Stirling Square Capital Partners Third Fund A Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP016165, to Strategic Partners VIII Investments L.P. which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
