Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 September 2021, Arcano Capital SGECR in its capacity as manager of Arcano Global Opportunity Fund II FCR and acting for and on behalf of Arcano Global Opportunity Fund II FCR transferred to Commonfund Capital Secondary Partners III, L.P. the entirety of its interest in Palatine Private Equity Private Investors LP, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011715 (the “Partnership”) and that, with effect from the same date, Commonfund Capital Secondary Partners III, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership and Arcano Capital SGECR in its capacity as manager of Arcano Global Opportunity Fund II FCR and acting for and on behalf of Arcano Global Opportunity Fund II FCR ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
