Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given in respect of IIF UK 1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP012764 (the “Partnership”), that:

1. The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as Administering Authority for the Royal County of Berkshire Pension Fund (“Transferor 1”) transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to LPPI Infrastructure Investments LP (“Transferee 1”), and consequently, Transferee 1 became a limited partner in the Partnership and Transferor 1 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership;

2. Delphi Diesel Systems Pension Scheme (“Transferor 2”) transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to Delphi Technologies Pension Trustees Limited as Trustee of Delphi Technologies Pension Scheme (“Transferee 2”), and consequently, Transferee 2 became a limited partner in the Partnership and Transferor 2 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership;

3. Delco Electronics Overseas Corporation Pension Plan (“Transferor 3”) transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to Transferee 2, and consequently, Transferor 3 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership;

4. Delphi Lockhead Automotive Limited Pension Plan (“Transferor 4”) transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to Transferee 2, and consequently, Transferor 4 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership;

5. Finance 1805 SA on behalf of Northtrack Investments Ltd. (“Transferor 5”) transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to Finance 1805 SA on behalf of Opera Investment Holdings Ltd. (“Transferee 3”), and consequently, Transferee 3 became a limited partner in the Partnership and Transferor 5 ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership; and

6. Each of the following ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership:

a. DELA depositary & Asset Management B.V.;

b. Kapan Pensioner Forsakringsforening;

c. Z Capital;

d. Kempen Private Markets Fund, a subfund of Kempen Alternative Markets Fund SICAV RAIF;

e. Stichting Titleholder Feeder Infratructure Pool I;

f. FPK Forsakringsbranschens Pensionskassa Tjanstepensionsforening;

g. The Trustees of the ESB Pension Fund;

h. Opplysningsvesenets Fond;

i. The Trustees of the Ericsson Ireland Pension and Death Benefit Plan;

j. Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. as custodian for BBH (Lux) SCA Custodian for West of England Securities Account 620069;

k. Paedagogernes Pension - pensionskassen for paedagoger; and

l. FBD Insurance PLC Pension Scheme.
