The trustee of the Scheme hereby gives notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme has begun winding up and will soon be terminating. Any person who believes they have an interest, claim or entitlement in the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing within two months of the date of this publication to the address below (together with full name, present address, date of birth, national insurance number and the full name of the Scheme). The trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among those entitled to them and will only have regard those claims of which they have prior written notice.

The trustees will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this notice.

Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
