Notice is given that under Rule 6.23 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"), the Company was placed into creditors voluntary liquidation (insolvent liquidation) and that Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) and Catherine Lee-Baggaley (IP No. 9534) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR were appointed Joint Liquidators by the Creditors on 28 July 2016. Creditors should note that on 19 March 2021 Catherine Lee-Baggaley was replaced by Matthew Dix (21492) of this firm, as Joint Liquidator following an order of the High Court in proceedings entitled CR-2021-000464.
Notice is hereby given, that the Joint Liquidators of the Company intend to make a first distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 21 October 2021 by sending full details of their claim to the Joint Liquidators at 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR. Creditors must also, if so requested by the Joint Liquidators, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Joint Liquidators deem necessary.
The intended distribution is a first distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 21 October 2021. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
