That the Company be wound up voluntarily
That Edward M Avery-Gee and Daniel Richardson of CG&Co, Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.
That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.
