At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 15 Gladstone Place, Stirling, FK8 2NN, on 17 September 2021, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Blair Milne and Derek Forsyth, both of Azets, Titanium 1, King’s Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF, (IP Nos. 16814 and 8219), be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
