NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on 15 September 2021, in an application by Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC (the "Company"), a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registered number SC052844 and having its registered office at 2nd Floor Easter Dalry House, 3 Distillery Lane, Edinburgh, United Kingdom EH11 2BD, an order was pronounced by the Court of Session, Edinburgh, confirming the cancellation of the Company's £49.85 million capital redemption reserve arising as a result of completion of conversion of that part of the Company's share capital into a distributable reserve, which was approved by special resolution passed at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 12 May 2021. A certified copy of that order was registered by the Registrar of Companies in Scotland on 21 September 2021, together with a statement of capital approved by the Court of Session.
