THE BTG PENSION FUND

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the BTG PENSION FUND established on 25 March 1970 is required to send particulars of his or her claim or interest to Chris Holly of Lane Clark & Peacock LLP, 95 Wigmore St, London W1U 1DQ, in writing within 2 months from the date of this notice, after which date the assets of the said Fund will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice.

If you have recently been contacted by the Trustees regarding the Fund or are in receipt of a pension from the Fund, you do not need to respond to this notice as the Trustees are aware of your interest. Please note that, following Lloyds Banking Group Pensions Trustees v Lloyds Bank [2020] EWCH 3135 (Ch), you may have a claim or interest in the Fund if you were an active member of the Fund between 17 May 1990 and 6 April 1997 and subsequently transferred out of the Fund.
