THE EALING (GRANGE PRIMARY SCHOOL STREETS) (NO. 1) TRAFFIC ORDER 2021

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, propose to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to create a pedestrian and cyclist zone operating between 8.30am and 9.30am and 2.45 pm and 3.45pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in Church Gardens and Church Place. Vehicles exiting the south ealing car park would need to turn left during the pedestrian and cycle zone hours of operation.

Residents living within the above roads would be able to apply for a SS25 school streets zone permit to be issued for their vehicle.

4. The proposed Order, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.

5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order should be sent in writing by e-mail to trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference ORD 4304 until the 29th September 2021. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
