At a general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held virtually via Zoom, on 03 August 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG, (IP No. 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 3 August 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG as Liquidator of the Company.”
