At a general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held virtually via Zoom, on 03 August 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG, (IP No: 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company.” At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 3 August 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, llA Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EHl 3PG, United Kingdom as Liquidator of the company".
