At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held via Microsoft Teams, on 21 July 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Butler (IP No. 08695) of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ and Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom (IP No. 8990) of Opus Restructuring LLP, St Brandons House, 29 Great George Street, Bristol, BS1 5QT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 21 July 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of David Andrew Butler and Stephen Anthony John Ramsbottom as Joint Liquidators.
