PMP EXECUTIVE PENSION PLAN

This Notice is addressed to beneficiaries of the PMP Executive Pension Plan (the "Scheme").

The Trustees of the Scheme confirms that the wind-up of the Scheme commenced on 12 May 2021.

If you were an employee of Interplex PMP Limited and a member of the Scheme, and think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme but have not been contacted in respect of those benefits, or if you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member, please contact, in writing, the Trustees of the PMP Executive Pension Plan: c/o Spence & Partners Ltd, The Culzean Building, 36 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 1LU. You should include details of your current address and any benefits you think you are entitled to.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme or you have received an announcement from the Trustees regarding the winding-up of the Scheme, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details of your entitlement.
