Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the Scheme hereby gives notice that the Scheme is being wound up following the purchase of a buy in agreement with Legal & General Assurance Society Limited in 2021.  

If you were an employee of one of the companies listed above and were a member of the Scheme (or you believe you have an interest, claim or entitlement in the Scheme), and you have not received written communication regarding the buy in referred to above you should contact: The Trustee, care of Robert Goodchild, Londis Pension Trustees Limited, Equity House, Irthlingborough Road, Wellingborough, NN8 1LT. Please provide your contact details along with details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement.  

Details must be sent within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice.  After that date, the Scheme will be wound up and the Trustee will not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement which was not notified to them before that date.  

If you are already receiving a pension, or have received correspondence from the Scheme in respect of the buy in you do not need to write to the Trustee.
