Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 June 2021, ESP 2006 Conduit LP, ESP 2008 Conduit LP and ESP Golden Bear Europe Fund (the “Transferors”) assigned the whole of their interests in Montagu IV LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014211 (the “Partnership”), to ICG LP SECONDARIES FUND ASSOCIATES I S.À R.L, general partner of ICG LP SECONDARIES I GP LP SCSp, general partner of ICG LUDGATE HILL I SCSp (the “Transferee”). As a consequence of such transfers, with effect from 30 June 2021, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferors ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
