Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 June 2021 Bridgepoint Private Equity Limited transferred 100% of its general partner interest in Burgundy Investments Holdings LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP021848 (the “Partnership”), to Burgundy GP LLP and consequently on that date Bridgepoint Private Equity Limited retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by Burgundy GP LLP.
