The Trustee of the Cumberland Building Society Money Purchase Plan No 1 and the Cumberland Building Society Money Purchase Plan No 2 (together “the Plans”) hereby gives notice that the Plans are winding up and this is expected to be completed in the next few months. Please note that the Cumberland Building Society Money Purchase Plan No.2 was previously known as the West Cumbria Building Society Money Purchase Plan.

If you believe you may be entitled to benefits from or have a claim against or an interest in either of the Plans and you have not recently been contacted by the Trustee please write to: Isio c/o SPS, PO Box 721, Salford, M5 0QT.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and details of their claim or entitlement either on or before 30 September 2021. After this date the Trustee will complete the wind-up of the Plans and distribute the assets of the Plans having regard only to the claims and interests of which it is aware at that time. Notification is not required from any person who has received correspondence from the Trustee in relation to this matter.
