NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on 30 June 2021 made the abovementioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Orders will be to introduce waiting, loading and parking restrictions as specified in the Schedules to this notice and to amend the layout of footway parking places under section 15 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974. Permits and vouchers, as specified in the Schedule to this notice, are available to residents and businesses whose property is within a CPZ. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on 05 July 2021, plans of the relevant roads and the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders can be inspected between 10am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday (except on Bank Holidays) at the Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford, IG1 1EA. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Online application charges (per address): first resident permit £15 for 6 months, £20 for 12 months; second additional resident permit £50 for 6 months, £100 for 12 months; third and subsequent additional resident permit £90 for 6 months, £180 for 12 months. Visitor permits £10 for 10 permits. Each Business permit £210 for 6 months, £420 for 12 months. Permit(s) free of charge for disabled badge holders and fully electric vehicles. Resident permit applications not made online incur an additional £20 charge per permit (except Visitor permits).
