This notice is addressed to former employees of Recall Ltd

Notice is given that all members, beneficiaries, creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Scheme are required to send particulars of such claim to the Trustees, c/o Richard Gray, Aon, 60 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8JX, email richard.gray@aon.co.uk, telephone 0141 222 7039 within 1 month of the date of issue of this notice.

Thereafter the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the Schemes in securing the liabilities attributable to the persons so entitled having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Schemes or any part of them so applied to any persons whose claims or demands they have then not had notice.

If you have already been contacted by the Trustees (or by Aon on behalf of the Trustees) in relation to the winding-up of the Scheme, you need not respond to this notice.
