The members of the above-named Company passed the following Special resolution on 21 June 2021 being the date that the requisite majority of members indicated their approval of the resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Craig Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Voscap Limited, 67 Grosvenor Street, Mayfair, London, W1K 3JN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that they be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie."
