At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 26 The Ridings, Telscombe Cliffs, Peacehaven, BN10 7EF on 9 June 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Kestral House, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6LU and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) of Opus Restructuring LLP, Evergreen House North, Grafton Place, London, NW1 2DX be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 9 June 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Adrian Paul Dante and Joanne Kim Rolls as Joint Liquidators.
