NOTICES UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925; THE SCOTLAND DIRECT PENSION SCHEME (‘THE SCHEME’)
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given, that the Trustee is winding-up the Scheme.
Any person who believes that they are entitled to pension rights from the Scheme, and who has not received correspondence from the Trustee are required to send details in writing to the Trustee of the Scheme c/o Pamela Murray, WCF Ltd, Crawhall, Brampton, Cumbria, CA8 1TN within 2 months of the appearance of this notice.
After this time, the Trustee will then base the distribution of the assets of the Scheme in accordance with their powers but only having regard to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustee has had notice. They will not, as regards the assets distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or entitlement they shall not have had a notice.
Please note that if you have already received correspondence from the Trustee you need not reply to this notice.
