Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife at Falkirk by Property Place Falkirk Ltd, a company registered in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC617624) with its registered office at 8b Dundas Street, Grangemouth FK3 8BX, seeking for an Order extending the time for the Registration of a charge. By Interlocutor dated 26 April 2021 the Sheriff appointed intimation of the Petition and Court Order on the SCTS website in lieu of the Walls of Court, service of the Petition and Court Order on the Registrar of Companies and on The Lord Advocate and Notice of the import of the Petition and Court Order to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Falkirk Herald Newspaper and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
