ATOS UK 2011 PENSION SCHEME (PSR: 12004456)

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the above named scheme (the “Scheme”) is being wound up by the Trustee, Atos Pension Schemes Limited, following the transfer of assets to the Atos UK 2019 Pension Scheme on 31 December 2020. The wind up of the Scheme commenced on 9 June 2021.

If you believe you are (or were) a member of the Scheme (or you are a widow, widower, or other dependant of a member or former member of the Scheme), or you consider you may otherwise be entitled to benefits from the Scheme, and have not been contacted recently by the Trustee, you will need to write to the Scheme’s administrators, providing full particulars of your claim (specifying your full name, address and (if applicable) particulars of any scheme membership), at the following address: XPS Pensions Group, PO Box 205, Huddersfield HD8 1ET. All claims must be sent within two months of the date of publication of this notice.

After that date, the Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement under the Scheme whose claim was not notified to the Trustee within this two-month period and the Scheme will be wound up accordingly.

For the avoidance of doubt, claims need not be made by any person who has received notice of the transfer referred to above or who was already in receipt of a pension under the Scheme at the time of that transfer.
