A first and final dividend to non-preferential unsecured creditors from the Prescribed Part is intended to be declared in the above matter within two months of 2 July 2021 (the last date of proving)

The value of the Prescribed Part is £95,921, subject to final costs of distribution.

Any creditor who has not yet lodged a Proof of Debt Form, with full supporting documentation, must do so by 2 July 2021. Creditors should send their claims via email to Craig.Draper@Kroll.com. A creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from the dividend.

In order to allow payment of the dividend via BACS transfer creditors should confirm their bank account details by sending an email to Craig.Draper@Kroll.com, with the account name, account number and sort code.

All creditors will be required to prove their debts and the Joint Administrators will not automatically admit small debts below £1,000.
