Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 3 June 2021, BAE Systems Pension Funds Trustees Limited – BAE Section, as trustee for BAE Systems Pension Scheme, BAE Systems Pension Funds Trustees Limited, as trustee for BAE Systems Pension Scheme, Biffa Pension Scheme Trustees Limited as trustee of the Biffa Pension Scheme, BNY AIS Nominees Limited acting solely on behalf of Aon Bespoke Fund A01 re BNY AIS Nominees Limited a/c Aon Hewitt Bespoke Fund A01, BNY AIS Nominees Limited acting solely on behalf of Aon Bespoke Fund E01 re BNY AIS Nominees Limited a/c Aon Hewitt Bespoke Fund E01, BNY AIS Nominees Limited acting solely on behalf of Aon Bespoke Fund P01 re BNY AIS Nominees Limited a/c Aon Hewitt Bespoke Fund P01, BNY AIS Nominees Limited acting solely on behalf of Aon Bespoke Fund G09 re BNY AIS Nominees Limited a/c Aon Hewitt Bespoke Fund G09, Electrolux Group Pension Scheme Trustee Limited, Global Infrastruktur 2007 AS, PFA Pension, forsikringsaktieselskab, SP RA Viking Holdings L.P., Rachel Eloise Wood and The Board of Pension Protection Fund transferred their entire interests, and BIIF Management LP partially transferred its interest, as limited partners in BIIF L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012910, to Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund IV SCSp SICAV-RAIF, Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund IV (US) LP, Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries SMA 1 LP, Stafford Spring Fund LP and Shinhan Bank as trustee of Hyundai Investment 3i European Infra Qualified Private Special Asset Investment Trust No. 10, which have been admitted as limited partners in the Partnership.
