Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 January 2021 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 February 2021, I, Isaac Arthur Maltby, The Oaks, Hushells Lane, Fosterhouses, Doncaster DN7 5LE Single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Isabel Ann Maltby assumed the name of Isaac Arthur Malby.
