Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Stichting Robeco Custody Master European III and Stichting Custody Robeco Master Global III transferred 100% of their interests in Apax Europe VII - B, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP11866 (the “Partnership”), to Stichting Custody Stafford European Private Equity III Master and Stichting Custody Stafford Global Private Equity III Master respectively. As a result of such transfer, Stichting Custody Stafford European Private Equity III Master and Stichting Custody Stafford Global Private Equity III Master were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Stichting Robeco Custody Master European III and Stichting Custody Robeco Master Global III ceased to be a limited partners of the Partnership.
