This notice is addressed to former and current members and beneficiaries of the Scheme listed above.

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice that the winding-up of the Scheme will shortly be completed.

The Trustees of the Scheme (and / or the pension schemes listed below) requests that (a) anyone including, but not limited to, any former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of the participating employers listed below, or if such person is deceased (b) the spouse or dependant of that person, who in either case is (or believes they might be) entitled to benefits under the Scheme, and (c) any other person who believes they may have a claim against the Scheme, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim to the Trustees of the MR Data Management Group plc 1994 Staff Pension Scheme, c/o, Mercer Limited, The Paragon, Counterslip, Bristol, BS1 6BX on or before 6 July 2021.

After this date, the Trustees will complete the process of distributing the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons currently appearing to them to be entitled to them, and in doing so will have regard only to the claims of which they currently have notice. The Trustees of the Scheme shall then not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement they may have in relation to the Scheme but of which the Trustees have not been notified by the date stated in this notice.

If you are already receiving a pension, or have received correspondence from the Scheme in respect of the wind-up you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have details about your entitlements.

When contacting the Trustees please provide your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, your date of birth and National Insurance number.

If you are already receiving a pension, or have received correspondence from the Scheme after 15 February 2021 in respect of the wind-up, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have details about your entitlements.
