TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that LSAV (Property Holdings) LP (acting by its general partner LSAV (GP) Limited) ("LSAV LP'') transferred the whole of its partnership interest in the Partnership to LSAV (Trustee) Limited (acting as trustee of the LSAV (Drapery Plaza) Unit Trust) ("LSAV (Drapery Plaza) Unit Trust'') and accordingly LSAV LP retired as a limited partner of the Partnership.
