Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended), that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Liquidation estate within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
Creditors who have not yet done so must prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the name and address of their solicitors (if any), to the Liquidator at ELS Advisory Limited, 31 Harrogate Road, Chapel Allerton, Leeds, LS7 3PD by no later than 20 May 2021.
Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.
If, according to the accounting record or statement of affairs of the Company, the Liquidator believes the amount of debt owed to you is less then £1,000, the Liquidator will treat the debt as proved for the purposes of paying a dividend unless you advise the Liquidator that the amount of the debt is incorrect or that no debt is owed.
If the amount of the debt is incorrect or if no debt is owed then you must notify the Liquidator by the last date for proving. If the amount of debt is incorrectly stated you must also submit a proof of debt before the last date for proving in order to receive a dividend.
