A virtual meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Administrators’ Statement of Proposals; The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee, if sufficient nominations are received; The approval of the Joint Administrators’ fees, including pre-Administration costs, and the timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4:00pm on 29 April 2021. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 30 April 2021 at 10:00am.
