William Matthew Tait (officeholder No: 9564) and Antony David Nygate (officeholder No: 9237) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 25 August 2020. The Company previously entered Administration on 30 July 2019.

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first interim dividend within two months of the last date for proving, being 30 April 2021. Creditors whose claims are greater than £1,000 and who have not already submitted a proof of debt are invited to prove their debts in writing to BDO LLP, 5 Temple Square, Temple Street, Liverpool L2 5RH by no later than 30 April 2021.

Creditors who fail to prove their debt will be excluded from the dividend.

No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
