Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Company, an insurance company incorporated in Rhode Island whose registered address is at 700 Quaker Lane PO Box 350 Warwick, RI 02887, has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund V "E" L.P. (the "Partnership"), to Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, an insurance company incorporated in New York whose registered office is at 201 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10166 with effect from 31 March 2021 (the "Effective Date"). Consequently, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership from the Effective Date.
