1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be as follows;

a) Casimir Road - Replace the disabled bay outside No. 91 Casimir Road with a permit bay.

b) Cassland Road - Replace the double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions opposite No. 61 Cassland Road with a permit bay.

c) Colville Estate - Introduce a disabled bay,estate permit bays and double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions opposite No. 1 to 16 Sillitoe House; in Colville Estate.

d) De Beauvoir Estate - Replace 4.8 metres of estate permit bay with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 13 to 71 Fermain Court West.

e) Evelyn Walk - Replace 4 metres of permit bay with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions outside Nos. 21 to 30 Evelyn Court.

f) Felstead Road - Replace 8 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 1 to 9 Felstead Road with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions.

g) Fenton Close - Introduce a disabled bay, estate permit bays and double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions opposite Nos. 1 to 10 Fenton Close.

h) Frampton Park Estate -

(i) Replace 37 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions with an estate permit bay opposite Nos. 1 to 34 Vanbrugh House;

(ii) Introduce a 7.2 disabled bay rear of Nos. 147 to 151 Well Street;

(iii) Introduce a 7.2 metre disabled bay and a 9.9 metre estate permit bay opposite Nos. 1 to 12 Mason House.

i) Goodchild Road - Replace 6.6 metres of personalised permit bay with a permit bay outside Nos. 2 to 33 Reservoir Apartments.

j) Hearn Street - Replace a business permit bay and a car club bay with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions and introduce 17.3 metres of shared use parking bay outside Principal Place, Hearn Street

. k) Jackson Close - Extend the double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions from opposite No. 3 Jackson Close to the junction of Speldhurst Road and to the side of No. 20 Speldhurst Road by 6 metres.

l) Lea Bridge Road -

(i) Introduce no loading and waiting restrictions between Monday to Saturday 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm on the southern kerb line of Lea Bridge Road from outside No. 20 Lea Bridge Road to 62 metres away from Chatsworth Road junction

(ii) no waiting Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm on the northern kerb line from outside No. 47 Lea Bridge Road to 62 metres away from Chatsworth Road junction; (iii) Introduce 62 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions on the northern and southern kerb line of Lea Bridge Road from the junction of Chatsworth Road going easterly;

(iiii) Introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions outside No. 29 Lea Bridge Road to opposite No. 30 Lea Bridge Road.

m) Moreton Close - Introduce estate permit bays outside Nos. 1 to 8, Nos. 9 to 12, Nos. 13 to 16, and Nos. 17 to 24 Moreton Close and double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions in the remaining areas of Moreton Close.

n) Queen Elizabeth’s Walk - Replace the shared use parking bay opposite Nos. 2 to 2f Queen Elizabeth's Walk with 11.7 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions.

o) Richmond Road - Change the boundary of numbers 2 to 86 Richmond Road and bays adjacent on the southern kerb from Zone C to Zone J. The current hours of operation in Zone J are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm and Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm, this section of Richmond Road will adopt the Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm hours.

p) Richmond Road Estate - Introduce estate permit bays of 4.9 metres, 4.8 metres and 7 metres outside Nos. 104 to 110 Richmond Road, Richmond Road Estate.

q) Southwold Road - Replace the disabled bay outside No. 92 Southwold Road with a permit bay.

r) Spurstowe Terrace - Introduce “at any time” loading restrictions on the eastern side of Spurstowe Terrace.

s) Worship Street -

(i) Replace shared use parking bay outside Nos. 59 to 65 Worship Street with double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions and introduce school keep clear markings with timings of Monday to Friday 8am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm outside Nos. 59 to 65a Worship Street.

(ii) Replace 6 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions with shared use parking bay outside Nos. 67 to 73 Worship Street.

t) Various roads - Amend the traffic orders to ensure that this matches the on-street restrictions on the following road:

(i) Shrubland Road - correction of Car Club bay.

Documents giving more detailed particulars are available for inspection at: Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic documents are not currently available for inspection at the Hackney Service Centre; however plans for proposed measures can be requested for inspection by emailing streetworks@hackney.gov.uk.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetworks@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
